Client Galleries FAQ


Not all clients choose to have their photos accessed via this platform so some are hidden here. If you do not see your gallery(ies) it could be one of a few things:

  1. Your photos aren't done yet!
  2. The duration of these being hosted here as expired.
  3. I assure my clients that their photos will be accessible here and via Google Drive up to one (1) year after they are delivered. Once I send them to you, I highly encourage you download them.
  4. I backup photos for up to 3 years on my personal hard drives. If you are looking for a photos, please reach out to me and I can try to locate it.
  5. User error?
  6. There's a chance I didn't mark them as "public" when uploading. Hey, I might love technology and computers but I'm still human!
